As a Certified Running Coach (UESCA), I work with runners of all abilities, from complete beginners taking their first steps to experienced athletes chasing ambitious goals. My coaching philosophy is rooted in creating a safe, structured, and enjoyable environment where every runner can thrive. Whether you’re aiming to complete your first 5K or conquer a 100 mile ultra, I provide the guidance and support to make those goals achievable.

I specialise in bespoke training programmes tailored to your unique needs, incorporating sport-specific nutrition advice, injury prevention strategies, and mental training techniques. My approach goes beyond mileage and pace; it’s about building confidence, resilience, and sustainable progress. I also offer lactate testing services, running technique assessments, and one-to-one sessions to ensure every aspect of your performance is optimised.

Over the years, I’ve helped countless runners start their ultra-running journey safely and confidently, as well as supported athletes striving for personal bests in races of all distances.
