I’m a full-time trail and ultra-running coach based in Guildford, Surrey, and the founder of Running Adventures.

A Salomon Ambassador since 2017, I’ve spent over 20 years guiding people through challenge events around the world. I’ve completed multiple ultramarathons and tough personal challenges, and led groups on trail runs, treks and cycling expeditions globally. My coaching style is friendly and highly personal: I went from someone who hates running to completing some of the biggest races in the world in just a few years. I remember what it is like to be scared to run 5km as clearly as I remember the feeling of standing on the start line in races such as the Marathon Des Sables, the Dragons Back Race and The Spine.

My personal journey shapes how I coach: practical, empathetic, and focused on helping real people achieve extraordinary things.
