The Course

Your journey begins and ends at the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Country Park near Horndean. From the start, the route will guide you through some of the most scenic and challenging trails the region has to offer. With over 1,200m (3,940 feet) of elevation gain, the course is a demanding mix of rolling hills, steep climbs and rewarding descents.

The terrain is predominantly trail, taking you through ancient woodlands, across open fields, and along well-trodden paths that showcase the natural beauty of the area. A small portion of the route is on quiet country lanes, providing a brief change of pace. With a generous 12-hour cut-off time and four well-stocked aid stations along the way, you'll have the support you need to focus on your race and conquer the course.
