Prepare for an epic 100 mile ultra along one of the world's most spectacular coastlines. The Sirona 100 miler is a formidable ultra marathon set against the stunning backdrop of the Wales Coast Path.
The Sirona 100 is a point-to-point ultra, starting in the charming seaside town of Barmouth and finishing in the historic town of Cardigan. The route follows the magnificent Wales Coast Path, offering a constantly changing landscape of rugged cliffs, golden sands and picturesque fishing villages.
With the wild Irish Sea to your west and the majestic mountains of Snowdonia to your east, you'll be treated to some of the most awe-inspiring scenery the UK has to offer. The course has a total of 4,572m of elevation so be prepared for some challenging climbs, but the panoramic views from the top will be more than worth the effort.
With a generous 50 hour time limit and eight fully-stocked aid stations (including a sleep station), the Sirona 100 is an achievable goal for any determined ultrarunner.
